Since 1996, BOMAK Makina has been meeting the machinery and equipment demands of companies investing abroad, and now the company has made a significant investment in Adana. BOMAK Makina began operations at its new factory with a grand opening ceremony attended by a large number of guests.

Bomak Makina, which has been in the industry for over 15 years and has gained recognition for its projects, officially opened its factory, located in Yeşiloba Medium-Sized Industrial Site, with a ceremony attended by Adana Governor Hüseyin Avni Coş. Established in 1996, Bomak Makina provides services across a wide geography, from energy to food, textiles to petrochemicals. The company held an opening ceremony for its factory located in Yeşiloba Medium-Sized Industrial Site. Bomak Makina, which provides engineering, manufacturing, and installation services to many companies, establishing turnkey facilities, impressed attendees with its visuals and manufacturing at the opening of its new facility. The company partners, Ümit Özer and Rıfkı Bayram, stated that with Bomak Makina's young, dynamic, and innovation-driven team, they aim to offer higher quality and more cost-effective services to investing companies both domestically and internationally, striving to build a renowned brand from Adana. During his opening speech, Adana Governor Hüseyin Avni Coş emphasized that a growing Turkey needs talented and courageous companies like Bomak and congratulated the company officials for bringing this facility to Adana's industrial landscape. Following the opening, Governor Coş and his accompanying delegation toured Bomak and received detailed information about its operations.

The opening of Bomak Makina, which stands out with its distinctive architecture and specialized industrial works, attracted many guests. Among those attending the ceremony were Acting Adana Metropolitan Mayor Zihni Aldırmaz, Adana-Mersin Tax Office Director Serdar Aksoy, Adana Chamber of Industry President Sadi Sürenkök, leaders of civil society organizations, and prominent figures from Adana's business world.

We are at the new office of Bomak Makina, which has been operating since 1996, located in the Adana Medium-Sized Industrial Site. The design of the building, reflecting the importance and meticulousness that company partners Ümit Özer and Rıfkı Bayram place on their work, was executed by architect Burak Çetindoğan.

Architect Burak Çetindoğan highlighted Ümit Özer's refined taste in design, stating, "Mr. Ümit made significant contributions during the design process, offering unique ideas for both the interior and exterior architecture. With careful attention to detail, I believe we have created a management building that sets an example in terms of aesthetics and functionality."

On the first floor, where the executive offices are located, there are workrooms separated by glass partitions along a long corridor that connects both executive offices. While the lighting in the executive offices and the lobby is designed in a round shape, the corridor lighting is created in a half-moon form. Additionally, the corridor’s lighting is supported by spotlights running the length of the corridor. On the building’s exterior, wood-textured Alucobond has been used. The stainless steel components on the outside of the building were manufactured at the Bomak Makina workshop, designed by Ümit Özer.

The lobby area of the building has been designed as a spacious space. It includes a reception, waiting area, TV unit, company showcase niche, restrooms, two spiral staircases leading to the upper floors, and botanical gardens located under the stairs. There is also access from the lobby to the operations area. A short corridor from the lobby leads to the technical office, which is designed as a comfortable workspace for a team of 10 engineers.

The Bomak Makina management building consists of a total of 200 square meters, including the attic, first floor, ground floor, and basement. The operations building attached to the management building features 3,200 square meters of indoor space. In the office of one of the company’s partners, Ümit Özer, dark colors dominate the décor. Ümit Bey was actively involved in the selection of materials, colors, and accessories for his office, just as he was for the entire building. One side of his office overlooks the front of the building, while the other side offers a view of the production facilities.

The office, designed to be quite spacious, has a section facing the production area that is designated as a meeting space. Furniture pieces from the brand Koleksiyon stand out, while objects placed on desks and in niches add a dynamic touch to the room. The antique clay vases displayed in a wooden niche especially attract the attention of visitors entering the office. Dendro solid wood flooring was chosen for the room.

The office of the other company partner, Rıfkı Bayram, is positioned to overlook both the front of the building and the production area. Unlike Ümit Bey’s office, a part of this room is designed as a relaxation space. The Barrisol stretch ceiling provides uniform, non-distracting lighting. Solid wood flooring is used, while decorative plants add a touch of nature to the room.

Throughout the office, rooms are designed to receive natural light. Milk-chocolate-colored desks were chosen for the assistant and meeting rooms. The attic floor of the management building is currently under construction and will feature a cafeteria, kitchen, fitness area, showers, dressing room, a space for TV games, and a hobby room. Once completed, this floor will serve as a source of energy for the office managers and staff.

Machinery companies in the Eastern Mediterranean, which have come to the forefront with new investments in sectors ranging from food to energy, petrochemicals to textiles, are making significant strides. BOMAK, established 16 years ago to meet the machinery needs of industrial companies, inaugurated its new facility with a ceremony attended by Adana Governor Hüseyin Avni Coş.

During the opening, Rıfkı Bayram, Chairman of the Board of Bomak Makina İmalat Çelik Kontrüksiyon Limited Şirketi, informed the guests and stated that the company, which was founded to meet the machinery needs of investors, has now grown to serve some of Turkey's largest industrial enterprises.

Stability Fueled Growth

Bayram explained that they have benefited from Turkey's political and economic stability over the last 10 years, saying, "Today, we not only serve the domestic market but also export machinery all over the world with our CE certification, and we fulfill contractual commitments in these countries. We have a young, dynamic, and innovation-driven team. With our new factory, we have expanded our workforce, product range, the number of countries we export to, and our customer portfolio. We want to achieve even greater success together with you."

Support from the Municipality

Adana Governor Hüseyin Avni Coş also emphasized the need for companies like BOMAK in a growing Turkey and congratulated the company officials. Acting Adana Metropolitan Mayor Zihni Aldırmaz recalled a visit from Bomak representatives last year where they expressed their concerns about the poor condition of the roads in the industrial site, saying, "Mr. Mayor, we are embarrassed to host representatives of the companies we export to due to the state of the roads." Aldırmaz acknowledged, "They were absolutely right, and we immediately repaired the roads. We will continue to support producers. As long as you invest, we will promptly provide the necessary infrastructure."

After the speeches, Adana Chamber of Industry President Sadi Sürenkök, Adana Young Businessmen Association President Tamer Gülcan, and company representatives cut the ribbon to officially open the facility.

Ümit Özer, a partner of Bomak Makina, emphasized that they manufacture with the necessary international certifications for their sector, operating in fields such as mechanical installation and process piping, field tanks, pressure vessels, fire detection and extinguishing systems, heat exchangers and economizers, and various machinery. Özer also noted that they have successfully positioned themselves as a reliable solution partner for customers in sectors ranging from iron and steel to cement, shipyards to automotive.
